Using Skype for Business at the same time as using Teams can be confusing for users. We recommend you get your users onto Teams as quickly as possible so that they are not caught in a split personality–type of situation where some users are on Teams and some are on Skype for Business. In a split situation like this some messages will go to Teams and some to Skype depending on which client the users are sending their messages from. Get all of your users to Teams and it will make everyone’s life much easier.
Managing SharePoint
FIGURE 20-7:
The SharePoint Admin Center.
You can manage SharePoint by clicking the SharePoint link nested under the Admin Center link on the main Office 365 Admin Center. Refer to Figure 20-2 to view the link.
After you click the link, you land on the SharePoint Admin Center page where you manage site collections, user profiles, the Term Store, and apps, among other things. The SharePoint Admin Center is shown in Figure 20-7.
The SharePoint Admin Center is unique to certain business plans in Office 365. If you are using a plan that doesn’t have SharePoint included, you won’t see the management link for the SharePoint Admin Center.
