» Dynamics 365: An application that combines enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) software available in the cloud, easing communication and sharing of information between the field, sales, project service automation, and customer service teams.
» Flow: An application used to create workflows between apps, files, and data to automate time-consuming tasks without knowing a line of code.
» Forms: An application that lets you easily create surveys, quizzes, and polls in minutes.
» Planner: An application that helps you get organized on your next project. Create new plans and assign tasks, share files, and chat about the status of the project.
» Power Apps: An application that lets anyone in your organization build mobile and web apps with the data your organization already uses.
» Power BI: An application that helps you make sense of the mountains of data from all over the place through reports, dashboards, and other analysis tools. (“BI” stands for Business Intelligence, but Microsoft simply refers to the product as Power BI.) Power BI is not necessarily a part of the traditional Microsoft Office, but it falls squarely within the Office 365 suite of critical applications.
It was born in the cloud and has only ever lived in the cloud.
» StaffHub: An application that is used to manage work schedules online. Request time off, swap shifts, and communicate directly with your coworkers and supervisors.
» Stream: An application that is used to share videos of classes, meetings, presentation, training sessions, or other videos with people in your organization.
» Sway: An application that is used to create and share engaging reports, presentations, personal stories, and more.
» Teams: A chat-based team workspace application in Office 365. Formerly called Skype for Business, Teams allows you to connect with others using features such as instant messaging and conferencing including screen sharing, polling, and shared presentations. Using Teams, you can also communicate with legacy Skype for Business users who haven’t yet upgraded to Teams.
» To-Do: An application that is used to manage, prioritize, and complete the most important things you need get done each day.
» Yammer: An application that helps you connect to the right people, share information across teams, and organize around projects with coworkers.
