probably not experienced any major email issues. Everything works as expected and nobody really cares why. The problem, however, is that if one critical person leaves the organization, you might not be as lucky with the replacement.
Exchange Online offers a simplified and intuitive administrative interface. You no longer need extraordinary expertise to get the very most out of the Exchange product. Microsoft handles all the heavy lifting and provides an interface that allows even people with minimal technology skills to administer the company email system by using nothing more than their web browsers. The Exchange Online control panel, also known as the Exchange Admin Center, is shown in Figure 3-1.
Accessing from Anywhere
Not all that long ago, email was a relatively new thing. We checked our email like we would check the regular mail, and often we could only email people within the organization. Email has come a long way since then. Now you will be hard pressed to find someone who doesn’t use email, especially in a work environment. Email is tremendously important for the modern workforce.
Exchange Online provides a continuously available service that can be accessed from just about anywhere at any time. All you need is an Internet connection and a web browser. We recently spent time at a firm that didn’t have regular email access for those people not in the office. A couple of years ago, this would have
