 The fourth and easternmost stone building, along with the garden east of it, was owned in the early 1500s by the pastor of St. Petri, Johan Dringel- berg. It was probably sold by his heirs to the councilor and interim mayor, Jacob Michelsen, who conducted large-scale trade and was the manager of the Holy Leger society and its altar. This building paid an annual land tax of 14 marks to the chapel of St. Anna at the beginning of the 1540s and 8
