The fourth and easternmost stone building, along with the garden east of it, was owned in the early 1500s by the pastor of St. Petri, Johan Dringel- berg. It was probably sold by his heirs to the councilor and interim mayor, Jacob Michelsen, who conducted large-scale trade and was the manager of the Holy Leger society and its altar.
