STAY SAFE FILM
Continuing with their desire to educate and protect the public in relation to potential threats of terrorism, the National
Counter Terrorism department have released a Stay Safe: Firearms and Weapons Attack video. This short film has
guidance for people who are caught up in an incident – and provides advice that may save their life.
Counter Terrorism are asking that this film be sent out to as many people as possible and as such we are sending it out
to you. It would be great if you could forward this onto your staff and exhibitors as well.

HUMANITARIAN SUPPORT FROM AGILITY
You are probably aware by now that here at EventShaper we like to give
back a little to the world and to those who may be in situations less
fortunate than us. We truly believe that even a small act of giving and
kindness can really make a difference.
We love hearing what others are doing, so when we caught wind of Agility's incredible work helping others, we wanted
to provide a platform for them to tell others about it.
"Through its participation in the Logistics Emergency Team (LET) with the UN Global Logistics Cluster, Agility provides
humanitarian organizations with pro-bono services and assets during humanitarian emergencies. Since 2006, Agility has
supported humanitarians in active emergencies or preparedness activities in Lebanon, Bangladesh, Mexico, Peru,
Thailand, United States, Yemen, Japan, Pakistan, Haiti, Myanmar, Indonesia, Nigeria, Kuwait, Turkey, the Philippines
and many other locations.
In 2018, Agility supported the UN Global Logistics Cluster and humanitarian partners with customs clearance process
development in Iraq to improve humanitarian cargo clearance time. In response to the earthquake and tsunami that struck
Indonesia in September, Agility donated operations management support and trucking assets in the disaster area. Agility’s
team transported shelter, life support & sanitation materials into the disaster affected area, and they also helped design an
operational supply chain for national and international humanitarian aid organisations.
Through its role in the LET humanitarian partnership, the Cluster can make a single phone call to obtain access to
coordinated and free logistics services that support the broader humanitarian community. Agility is proud to be a
founding and active member of this partnership and to have an opportunity to support humanitarians when it’s most
needed."
