Stephanie Ofili
Stephanie is a junior associate in the
corporate real estate group at Clifford
Chance LLP. She has also previously
worked in the company’s Hong Kong of-
fice. She is a co-founder and director of
the Black British City Group, a cross-sec-
tor network that connects young Black
British professionals in the City to sup-
port black owned businesses, charities
and youth organisations. She holds a
First Class law degree from the Universi-
ty of Sussex. During her time at universi-
ty, she founded the University of Sussex
Commercial Awareness Society and she
was ranked number 5 of 100 top young
black future leaders in the UK in 2015.
Yejide Onabule
Yejide Onabule is a member of Barings’
Emerging Markets Debt Group and a re-
search analyst for the Emerging Markets
Corporate Debt Team. Yejide is responsi-
ble for corporate credit research for TMT
and consumer sectors for CEEMEA/Asia
Corporates and European investment
grade corporates. Yejide has worked in
the industry since 2007. Prior to joining
the firm in 2015, she worked at Stan-
dard Life Investments on the High Yield
Team. She also held positions at HSBC,
Credit Suisse and Pyramid Research. Ye-
jide holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the
University of Leicester, an M.Sc. in Eco-
nomics from the University of Warwick
and is a member of the CFA Institute.
