Throughout the years George’s success has afforded him the opportunity to give back to his community. Numerous nancial donations and event sponsorships have not gone unrecognized. George was awarded the Governor General of Canada’s Commemorative Medal (photo below) for the 125th Anniversary of the Confederation of Canada in 1992 in recognition of signi cant contribution to compatriots, community and to Canada. In 2012 George was presented with the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal (photo right) in recognition of his contributions to Canada.
Photo Right - David Anderson (left) and George have partnered along with John Fielding on a couple of horses which will be racing with Trainer Catherine Day Phillips in 2017. George has also partnered with Catherine’s King eld Racing Stable this year with the now 3 year-old Allowance winner, Watch Me Strut.

Of all the accolades and trophies George is most proud of the Sovereign Award for Numerous Times which is proudly displayed in the front hall of his home.
