Each of the barns are equipped with  re detectors,  re doors and hoses and have been constructed to restrict the spread of  re.
Back up generators keep electricity and water  owing during power outages and the more than 100 box stalls were designed and built to last.
Broodmare and Foaling barns are separate from the stallion barn and the training barn.
There is a 1/4 mile indoor training track with a synthetic surface as well as a 1/2 mile outdoor track with a chute and starting gate.
Miles of oak fencing surround plenty of large and small paddocks.
