had a win on February 25 with the Ontario bred, One to Celebrate, for an $11,000 claiming purse. One to Celebrate was claimed out of the race for $5,000 from owners Lacrosse Star Stables Inc. and Scott Fairlie.

Schickedanz can add four more wins to their total. The Great North was a winner for a claiming purse of $5,500 on February 25; Hero On Hold won at the same level on March 15; Reputed Deeds was the winner for a $6000 claiming purse on March 17; and This Gal Can Run was the winner for $5,500 claiming on March 24.
Santa Anita Park - Arcadia, California:
Jockey Gerry Olguin, who returned to Woodbine the week before opening day, had another four wins before leaving sunny California for purses totalling $85,100.
Tampa Bay Downs - Oldsmar, Florida:
Trainer John Simms and his wife Sharon Simms as owner had a couple of wins this month with Bates Bold Beauty winning a $8100 Maiden Claimer on March 2. Thor’s Hammer was their other winner for $16,500 MSW on March 16.
Jockey Martin Ramirez had his second win of the winter on March 3 for $18,000 MSW.
Trainer Myra Mora, who was stabled at Fort Erie in 2006, had a winner for $8900 claiming with Medicine Dance on March 8.
Trainer Layne Giliforte had a win for owner John Gunther with Needle in the Sky for $8100 claiming on March 8 as well.
Trainer Deborah Simpson had a win with Nurse Betty for $7000 claiming on March 13 for owner Carlo D’Amato.
Turf Paradise - Phoenix, Arizona:
Jockey Leanne Painter had a win for $6600 on February 26 and jockey Vince Guerra had a win for $6950 on March 10.
Turfway Park Race Course - Florence, Kentucky:
The Mark Casse trained, Melnyk Racing
Stables owned, Sealy Hill was the winner of the $150,000 G3 Bourbonette Breeders’ Cup Stakes on March 24. The three-year-old filly is Ontario bred by Point Given out of Boston Twist, by Boston Harbor.
