that meet the Guthrie Physician profile. In addition to relaying information about residents/fellows interested in staying with Guthrie, the
Medical Education Department reviewed the formal Residency Recruitment Work Flow diagram that outline the specific steps taken to
facilitate and promote the retention of graduating residents and fellows.

            Wound Care:
The Guthrie Center for Wound Care & Hyperbaric Medicine has been busy preparing for January 1, 2019, when some coding changes from
CMS will be implemented. Several biosynthetic skin grafts have changed their codes and Wound Care has been working with Purchasing and
Finance to adjust Chargemaster and Superbills to reflect these changes without any delay or work interruption. In addition, Healogics
Incorporated has been instrumental in alerting Wound Care to all CMS coding and payment changes in time for the center to adjust
accordingly. Program Director David Dobson has consulted the reimbursement specialists at Healogics on several occasions to proactively
adjust to the coding and payment changes.
