            Clinical Regulatory:
Joint Commission action plans are underway, all are progressing and on target. Department of Health made an unannounced visit for an
anonymous patient complaint which was unsubstantiated. A Citation from the annual Behavior Health Unit survey in August was reviewed and
cleared, we are now in compliance.

Department of Environmental Protection visit occurred on November 6, 2018. This visit resulted in on finding, the calibration of equipment in
Radiation Oncology. A response was submitted on December 12, 2018.
There is a new Department of Health regulation, effective December 23, 2018, Patient Test Results Information Act (Act 112). This requires
entities that perform diagnostic imaging services notify patients of an abnormality no later than twenty days after the date of service. Due to
the vagueness of the regulation and questions from several organizations state-wide, sanctions have been delayed one year.

            Nursing:
The Eight North West transition of cardiac services is going well. The patient care teams are proud of the new unit and share many comments
of the lean design that saves time and steps. Press Ganey patient experience has demonstrated an increase overall top box satisfaction.
