FRIEDRICH DER GROSSE – also known as Frederick
                                 the  Great,  also  known  as  Frederick  II,  King
                                 of Prussia  during  1700s.  His  most  significant
                                 accomplishments  during  his  reign  included  his
                                 military  victories,  his  reorganization  of Prussian
                                 armies,        his     patronage         of     the      arts
                                 and Enlightenment  and  his  final  success  against
                                 great odds in the Seven Years' War. He was known
                                 as the “Father of Organized Military Espionage”.

                              FRIEDRICH  ENGELS  –  he  co-founded  the  Marxist
                                 theory together with Karl Marx. He published ‘The
                                 Condition of the Working Class’ in England in 1845,
                                 based  on  personal  observations  and  research
                                 in Manchester.  Additionally,  he  organized  Marx's
                                 notes on the Theories of Surplus Value.

                              FRIGIDITY – incapacity of sexual intercourse.


                              FRIVOLOUS – lacking in legal insufficiency.

                              FRONT SIGHT – an attachment above the barrel. It
                                 may be fixed or adjustable.


                              FRUCTUS LEGIS – fruit of the law, ex. execution.

                              FRUSTRATED FELONY – happens when the offender
                                 performs  all  the  acts  of  execution  which  would
                                 produce  the  felony  as  a  consequence  but  which
                                 nevertheless, do not produce it by reason of causes
                                 independent of the will of the perpetrator.

                              FRUSTRATION  –  refers  to  the  unpleasant  feelings
                                 that result from the blocking of motive satisfaction.
