ARTHUR MACARTHUR JR – father of Gen. Douglas
Macarthur. He was a United States Army general
who became the military Governor-General of the
American-occupied Philippines in 1900.
ARTIFICIAL INSEMINATION - is the introduction of
seminal fluid with spermatozoa in the generative of

ASPHYXIA – death due to lack of oxygen; death due

ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY – the occupancy or use of
a building or structure or any portion thereof by a
group of person for civic, political education travel,
religious, social, amusement or recreational
purposes.
ASSESSMENT – a specific evaluation methods and
tests used in screening, identification, diagnosis
and determining suitability for treatment or
mitigation.
