THEORY OF COMPARISON – the act of setting two
or more signature in an inverted position to weigh
their identifying significance.
THEORY OF POLICE OMNIPRESENCE – explains
that high police visibility discourages criminals. It

advocated by Jeremy Bentham, which states that
a moral act is one which produces the greatest

not inherently dislike work and if properly
rewarded, especially satisfying esteem and self-
actualization needs, will perform well on the job.
THERMAL BALANCE – refers to the normal pattern
or movement of fire, smoke, and fire gases within
