TRADE SECRETS – consist of any formula, pattern,
device or compilation of information which is used
in one’s business and which gives him an
opportunity to gain an advantage over
competitors. It may be a formula for a chemical
compound a process of manufacturing, treating or
preserving materials, a pattern for machine or
device, or a list of customers.

TRADEMARK – a word, slogan, design, picture, or
any other symbol used to identify and distinguish
goods. Any identifying symbol, including a word,
design, or shape of a product or container, that
qualifies for legal status as a trademark, service
mark, collective mark, certification mark, trade
name, or trade dress.

TRAFFIC – commerce; trade; sale or exchange of
merchandise

TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE – any sign, signal,
marking, or device placed upon, over or adjacent
to a roadway by a public authority or official having
jurisdiction, for the purpose of regulating, warning,
guiding or informing road users.

TRAFFIC SIGN – a traffic control device mounted on
a fixed or portable support which conveys a specific
message by means of symbols or words, and is
officially erected for the purpose of regulating,
warning, or guiding traffic.

TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS – refers to the
recruitment, transport, transfer or harboring, or
receipt of persons with or without consent or
knowledge, within or across national borders, by
