BIGAMY – a crime committed by a person who
contracts a second or subsequent marriage before
the former marriage has been legally dissolved, or
before the absent spouse has been declared
presumptively dead by means of a judgment
rendered in the proper proceedings.
BILL OF RIGHTS – a declaration and enumeration of
the individual rights and privileges which the
Constitutions is design to protect against violation
by the government or by individual or group of
individuals. It is a charter of liberties for the
individual and a limitation upon the power of the
state.
BIOLOGICAL AGENTS – are certain microorganisms
and toxins produced by organisms (e.g., smallpox,
anthrax, plague, botulism) that cause human
illness or death and could be used as terrorist
weapons; typically slower acting than chemical
agents.

norepinephrine, or other neurotransmitters.

characterized by recurring and extreme swings in
mood and behavior, from depression and sadness,
to elation and excitement.

human or animal
