COLD BLOOD – crime not committed in a fit of anger.
This is term utilized in cases relating to homicides
in which there is an absence of emotion or violent
passion.

COLLATER MATTERS – are matters other than the
fact in issue and which are offered as a basis for
inference as to the existence or non-existence of
the facts in issue.

COLLECTION – refers to the organization of raw data
and information into usable form; grouping similar
items of information so that they will be readily
accessible.

COLLISION – an incident resulting in property
damage, personal injury or death and involving the
loss of control and/ or the striking of one or more
vehicles with another vehicle, a person, an animal
or an inanimate object.

COLLUSION – secret agreement for fraudulent or
illegal purposes; conspiracy; an agreement to
defraud another of his rights or to secure an object
forbidden by law.
