                                                                    Joshua has been a global partner at White & Chase’s Global
                                                                    Banking Practise since 2014.
                                                                     He takes a leading role in advising governments,
                                                                    corporates, banks and other financial institutions on
                                                                    transactions and cross-border project development.
                                                                     A graduate of King’s College in London, he is responsible
                                                                    for expanding the company’s reach in Africa, ensuring it is
                                                                    the go-to law firm for governments and the private sector.
                                                                     Joshua, who carries dual Ghanaian and British
                                                                    nationality, has extensive knowledge of African markets,
                                                                    having worked on a number of key deals across the
                                                                    continent. When he was 30, he became the youngest global
                                                                    partner among all the leading international law firms in
                                                                    the City of London. He was later named by Business World
                                                                    Magazine as one of the 20 most influential Ghanaian
                                                                    business leaders under the age of 40.
                                                                     In June 2017, he received the Professional of the Year prize
                                                                    at the Ghana United Kingdom-based Achievement Awards.
                                                                     His personal ambition is to help drive intra-Africa
                                                                    trade, which he believes is one of the key answers to the
                                                                    continent’s challenges.
                                                                     Joshua runs a mentorship programme, supporting more
                                                                    than 50 secondary school students from state schools in
                                                                    London and encouraging them to pursue career paths such
                                                                    as law, medicine and banking. He is also a member of the

                  Martin Forde QC has a practice that covers all aspects of
                  Health Law. He appears regularly in all the Regulatory and
                  Disciplinary tribunals, predominantly for practitioners
                  including doctors, dentists, osteopaths, chiropractors and
                  optometrists. In May he was appointed by the government to

                   He has acted for the General Medical Council and the
