With PwC announced as the new gold sponsor of the Powerlist, what made
them decide to take on the role and what do they expect to achieve from it?

signed a deal that will see

become gold sponsor on both the
Powerlist and the Powerlist Black
Excellence Awards for the next 36
months. It is the first time PwC have
taken on such a sponsorship, so what
exactly are they expecting to gain from
the relationship?
Laura Hinton, Executive Board
Member and Chief People Officer,

“The services we provide to clients,
who we recruit to provide them and
how they are provided is changing
rapidly and in this context we need to
work hard to make ourselves attractive

we realise our diversity and inclusion
ambitions which are fundamental to our
business success.”

quickly that their brand values tally with
ours,” he says. “After that, it was just
