CSI SUCCESS STORY #3118 Clinton, IA!
“Eight weeks ago our store #3118 was struggling with a CSI score below par. In order to
encourage survey responses, we instituted a challenge: the associate with the most positive
survey comments within the months of April and May would receive a gift card to be awarded by
the store director. Sharon N. blew away our expectations by receiving 66 comments in a
mere seven weeks, as she was on vacation for the first week of the challenge! Our score has
improved dramatically in that time due in large part to her incredible effort. Sharon doesn't do
anything flashy or outrageous, she is simply genuine and committed to speaking of the survey to
