I was about to send $500 in STEAM cards to a computer consultant who demanded that he Grove
needed them within four hours or my identity would be stolen. I offered to have him
charge my credit card and he insisted on the STEAM cards.

When I tried to use my credit card with Matt S. he asked why I was going to use them. When
I told him I had four hours to get them to a consultant he responded “I think you have been
scammed.” His warning enabled me to walk away and not send them.

I was stunned. My wife passed away on May 29 and I was very respectable to being
th
influenced.

I went home and scheduled the Geek Squad to come in next week and repair the damage
that I feel this firm had inflicted on my computer and were trying to get me to pay to fix
something they had concocted.

Please extend my sincere thanks to Matt and alert your staff that anyone buying a large
amount of STEAM cards may be a target of a scam.
