I’m writing to commend Ashley M. for the wonderful customer service she provided me recently.
I was searching for Stewart’s Private Blend coffee which this specific Jewel-Osco no longer carries.
During our discussion Ashley offered to check two other locations near me, and to have a can
transferred into this store on a monthly basis.

I found that everything Ashley did for me was the epitome of good customer service. She was professional
and used her initiative in her offer to check other stores. She also remembered and followed through
with her courtesy call back when the coffee arrived.

I felt I was listened to and provided a wonderful courteous service. Jewel-Osco is fortunate to have an
employee like Ashley.
