            Dear Mr. Cygan:

            I have been a Jewel-Osco customer for well over fifty years. In that time I have found the store employees to be cooperative,
            helpful and pleasant. Recently I had an experience with one employee who stands head and shoulders above the rest.

            For some time I have had trouble in finding a farmer’s cheese made by Andrulis Dairy of Michigan. Periodically, I would
            ask Dylan about the cheese and he would give me his best estimate of when this particular cheese would be available. He
            informed me that he expected to receive an order in a few days. He asked me for my phone number so that he could call
            me when the order came in. Dylan did call me when the cheese came in.

            I consider the activity of asking a customer for their phone number and then calling the customer when the order came in
            to be service above and beyond what might be expected of a food store. I want you to know that you have a star employee
            in Dylan and I hope that you might offer him some acknowledgement for his extra effort.

            I hope this communications helps you have a better day because Dylan certainly made my day a better day.
