CSI #3236 Oak Park Success Story

“Recently it was brought to my attention that one of our long time customers
"Jimmy" had some special requests. Last Friday when he came into the shop I
personally shopped with him to see how we could make his time at our
store the best possible experience for him. He told me stories about the
employees he knew from a long time ago , and how he has been shopping
here every Friday for over 35 years! We talked about the Cubs and how he
never misses a game.

He explained to me that he waits for the Senior bus and has a hard time
standing while waiting for the bus. He also told me that he needs to use our
phone to call for a pick up because he doesn't have a cell phone. I told him
that we will provide a chair for him every Friday and make sure that he is
able to use the phone to call his bus.

Whether it's "Jimmy" who needs to use the phone or any of our other
customers, we need to understand that all of our customers have needs. We
have to figure out how to meet there needs and make sure they keep coming
back!”
