Dear Mr. Cygan: Wheaton
The is morning I had the pleasure of shopping at my local Jewel-Osco at 30 Danada
Square in Wheaton. Your Associate Kyle helped bag my groceries and when they
wouldn’t all fit in my cart he helped me carry the extra bags to my car. As a busy
Mother of four kids who shops often I found this an extremely kind and unexpected
gesture. Kyle didn’t stop there. He helped me load all of my bags in the trunk,
making sure to keep the fragile items separate so they wouldn’t get crushed by
other bags. I left the store feeling appreciated as a customer.
Kyle is an asset to your company and should be recognized for his exemplary
customer service.
