Jacoby has been described as someone who is very mature
for his age. He prioritizes the important things in his life. One

of his greatest loves in life is baseball, which he has been
playing for the past 5 years. Customers constantly come into
his store and ask for him, as he constantly provides great

customer service. He has trained several of his fellow co-
workers and has been able to retain 15 of the 20 he has

trained. He does not idly accept his current position and
strives for more. Jacoby has set goals to become a Front-End
Manager at Jewel-Osco after graduating and maybe even

joining the Finance team.
