          Dear Rob:

                     th
On June 17 I was struggling to maneuver my shopping cart because I was also piloting a double stroller occupied by a toddler
and an infant. I was especially dreading the trip to my car and loading the groceries but then I was assisted by Service Clerk Kyle
T., who made everything smooth sailing for me.

As an independent introvert by nature I am not one to ask for a carry-out but I’m very glad that I accepted the offer that day.
Kyle’s friendly and cheerful demeanor put me at ease as he wheeled my cart across the parking lot. What especially impressed
me was Kyle’s packing ability. I hadn’t considered my car’s available space when I selected my groceries, and thanks to car seats
in the back seat and strollers in the trunk, the only available space was the front passenger seat. “No problem” said Kyle. “I’ve
been doing this for twenty-three years.” He then proceeded to arrange an entire cart’s worth of groceries into the seat in a
remarkably swift fashion. If I had attempted this myself I would have had a whole mess of bags sliding dangerously around the
front of the car, but Kyle’s handiwork was space efficient enough to provide safety.

I don’t know if you have an “Employee of the Month” program but if you do I highly recommend Kyle for that distinction.

          Sincerely,

          Lori Singer
