Common Sense Health Part #7:
What can you do to heal yourself and how do you stay healthy?
As we talked about previously, NOBODY or NO drug or vitamin can “CURE” you. Only YOU can “cure” YOU. By giving your body and mind the right ingredients to enable the healing to take place.
If you want to bring health, happiness and success into your life, then you have to do the following . . .
#1. First DECIDE what it is that you want. Have a clear vision and precise goals as to what you want to achieve. What weight you want to be. How you want to feel. Your energy level and so on. You MUST activate your immune system by giving it the right directions. Repeat everyday to yourself things like . . . “Every day I am getting better and better. My body is healing. I know my body, mind and spirit knows how to heal itself and I will do whatever it takes, to become well and stay healthy. I am strong and getting stronger and healthier day by day, hour by hour and minute by minute. I follow my instinct, common sense and intuition and educate myself to be my own doctor and healer. I will be healthy and happy and in control of my health and destiny.” And so on.
#2. Seek out help. Read books on health. Watch videos. EDUCATE yourself.
Don’t just take MY word for it. Do your own research. I read hundreds of books on health, raw food, fasting, vaccines, cancer and so on. See a doctor if you must, and get a diagnosis, but remember what you read here and ask questions. Don’t hurry into what the doctor tells you is the only treatment. Even if they say you have to act fast. You created the illness over many years. Few more days, weeks or months will not usually make any difference. See naturopaths, herbalists, talk to people who have cured themselves and are living normal lives. Once you have the information to get to your goals. Then . . .
#3. Develop a detailed plan of action for health and healing. Which therapies, diet or program you want to use. Juice or water fasting. Herbs. What diet you will follow. Raw food. What foods you will avoid. And so on.
#4. Take action immediately. If you know you must stop drinking and smoking . . . stop NOW. Don't put it off. Replace this with juices or something else that’s pleasant and good for you. Focus on the result you want and on the healing
