Juicing your way to good health and vibrant energy . . .
Juicing with my 6 year old son – He loves fresh juice and is completely non- medicalised and healthy.
Every kitchen should have these 3 essentials. A good Juicer, blender and a citrus juicer if you can afford it. My three essentials for good health
I started on my raw food journey back in
1985 – 86. I gave up my dairy milk and
Coca Cola addictions and started drinking
juices and water ONLY (no soft drinks)
and eventually did a 21 day juice only fast.
As well as several 10 day water only fasts
with great results. (More on that later)
I LOVE the feeling and taste of fresh juice.
Well, to be honest, some juices taste better
than others . . . But there is nothing like a
big night out and feeling really bad the
next day . . . and then having that pure
fresh juice flow into your body.
It’s PURE energy and nutrients. It has
been a part of my life for over 30 years,
and the only thing that’s changed in that
time, is that now there are lots more juice
bars and all types of juicers available for
sale everywhere.
My 5 children also all drink fresh juice.
Even though once they leave the home they all
make their own decisions and like their dad, the
older ones also like to also drink the VODKA
juice. J
My 13 year old son LOVES juices, does not drink
ANY soft drinks and is now a VEGAN.
(Vegetarian who does not eat dairy products) He
did this after reading how animals are treated in
the food industry.
