Why drink FRESH juices?
If you want to lose weight, get more energy and
be healthy you MUST drink fresh juice. The
difference between a fresh squeezed and the
supermarket shelf ones is like night and day.
NO comparison at all. I suggest you also buy
some of the books I talk about here, and learn
about all the different juices, and how they can
help your body to heal itself.
Anyone that tells you that juices won’t
help your body heal. Or that people
haven’t healed themselves from all
sorts of damage with juices. Is either
ignorant of the truth OR working for
the medical business trying to protect
its profits.
Because there is not much money to
be made from someone curing
themselves from cancer or diabetes or
asthma or other ailments with carrot
and apple juice and such like.

I love to drink FRESH sugar cane juice with ginger and lime. It’s sooo delicious. The sugar is natural so even though I eat a lot of sweet fruit as well, I have no sugar problems at all.
However, in my experience juices can only go so far. If you are not prepared to

#1. You will give your body LOTS of concentrated nutrients. It’s hard to eat
so many vegetables at once, but in juice form you can saturate your body with

#2. If you replace one, two or ALL meals with juice, you will give your
digestive system a much needed rest. Think about it. If you consider all the
work a body has to do when we shovel all those fried chips, huge steaks, liters of
milk and sugary soft drinks into our mouths, your body has to work like crazy.
