`This proposal is based on four panel members being present at the venue and two further experts connected to the discussion using a video conferencing package.
We are recommending a two camera production, with one of these being manned to gain individual close up shots and the second camera on a locked off shot of the panel to give the viewers a feel for the room. The remote panel members will be invited to join a video conference and their video will be displayed on the stream in the same way as the close up shots.
To ensure the viewers are informed about the speakers, their background and particular expertise, this proposal allows for the pre-production of bottom third graphics which can include an Ipsen logo to maintain the branding throughout.
In order to ensure an accurate production we have also allowed for 2 pre-event meetings and production*. We also recommend time is allowed prior to the stream for a full rehearsal, with all panelists in place.
* For pre-event meeting held outside the 40 miles from Waggle Events additional travel costs may be charged.
