Live Stream Production
Sound
At this stage we have allowed for each panel member to have a lapel microphone with the remote panelists using the microphones on their own PC or mac. All microphones will be run using a digital mixer with an auto conference mix keeping the sound as clean and defined as possible. This mix will be setup to give the host priority over other microphones.
Panelists within the room will be able to hear the remote connections, although their microphones will not be amplified within the room. This is done to ensure the quality of the audio on the stream.
All audio will be recorded and supplied as a .Wav file post event.
Lighting
Lighting is a simple but important part of a live production to ensure constant light levels within the venue. This proposal is based on four stage lights giving light from either side both in front and behind the panel. The lighting behind the panel is to ensure they stand out from the back ground.
