This proposal uses You-tube as the streaming platform. This is to utilise the multi devise viewing options, as well as the chat facility that will allow viewers to ask written questions during the event. It will also mean the stream can be made available post the event to be watched back and kept as a reference.
If Ipsen hold a You-tube or Vimeo channel we can work with their IT team to stream on these channels and would recommend doing it this way if appropriate.
We advise the questions to be written rather than asked verbally. This allows the host/moderator to ensure there is a good variety of questions and all topics are covered. This also allows for pre determined questions to be asked without them being presented in a different way to live questions. The host will have a laptop to view the questions as they come in.
