Foreword

This book includes the creative work of 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th grade students at New Era

International School. This is the 10th year that such a work has been published. The students’ work

in this book is based off of their own thoughts and opinions.

The assignments shown in this book were completed in an effort to show how the students have
improved and will continue to improve through the years at New Era International School. It was

very difficult to choose which students would be published as so many of the writings were of

quality work. We are thankful to be a part of your child’s journey in the English language and we

hope that you enjoy these short compositions.

We are so thankful to all that took part in creating this work. We wish great success to all the parties

involved as they continue their journey of learning English.
