If I choose a super power and use it to help others

If I ever get the choice to choose and get a power, like if I get a wish from an entity with that power, I would

choose the power to stop time. It is the best power to save others, you could stop time as someone is falling. If
time stops you could make something extremely hard to get, time-consuming very easily.

When time stops your body will not change. So that implies your body age, any and ANY at all mineral and

substance your intake your body is not going to change. You will not get fatter, your body will not develop, your
muscles will not tear. If that, is it technically your body would freeze in time too?

In the case that I did not get scammed my body would not be affected by time stopping. I could move and get
affected by things like any normal person. I could get hurt or even die from falling from a high place.

There are many discussions about it being hard to have a normal life and a hero life. It is a perfectly sound
argument but… come on I chose a time power.

If I cannot manage a double life with time stopping power then no one can.

I could theoretically clean the entire world of its garbage. But I do not think I have the willpower to stay that long
alone (subjectively from my point of view) and do the same thing that much time.
