                • To me, proactive is the value that impact me the most. When I first join Maha, there
                   was this potential buyer who ask us questions and information about the product. I

                   took up the initiative to think of how to answer them and how to cater it to their

                   needs. I went to initiate persistent follow up actions and finally, after half a year, we
                   got orders from them. Thru this experience, I have realized that by using good

                   communication skills and successful follow up plans, it will allow us to achieve what                                                                                   Core Values : Pro-activess

                   we wanted in the end. Mr Chew also told me, with a positive mindset, everything is

                   possible.
