• I am going to share a story about how I display pro-activeness, which is to
come up with solutions for customers as fast as possible by your own. Last
year, we got customer complain about delivery time. Customers was angry and
doesn’t want to buy from Maha anymore. I took up the initiative to call up Ms
Dung and told her what the problem was and I came up with a new delivery
process to ensure speedy delivery to the customers. And also, I also had a Core Values : Pro-activess
problem with our warehouse, and we all came down to do a problem base
learning whereby we have to come up with solutions by ourselves instead of
having it spoon fed to me.
