• In Maha Chemical, no matter what position you are at, we are all open for feedback for
improvement. Talking about open communication, we have communicating platform

such as Maha idea banks, where all ideas that will benefit the company will be shared
there. One example I have to share is last year during sharing, we actually wanted to

use third party lorry to make delivery for our product, but in the end, we all came to
consensus and use one of our ideas thru this idea sharing platform, which is getting our
own lorry and making deliveries ourselves. This is an example on how we portray open
