Thank you for this opportunity for us to get together as a team in Cincinnati. It gave

us the inspiration and motivation combined with practical tools and education to go
to the next level and become a truly high-performance team. One takeaway that

came out of face-to-face storytelling interaction was listening to all of our personal
stories and also hearing about professional challenges. This combination made all of
us want to support each other more than we already do.

We were inspired to think out of the box at a strategic level while becoming more

effective at executing on the tactical. The Cisco investment in each one of us will, I
believe, pay off in huge dividends. Thank you again for this opportunity.
