It was clearly a valuable time for meeting and connecting with
one another, reinforcing and refining our skill set, and exposing
us to new concepts and ideas. While I definitely plan to
execute on a few day-to-day items (Big 3 focus areas, share
the Ethos/Pathos/Logos framework with James, and contribute
to a collaborative culture in the team), I’m most excited about

incorporating the innovative elements from the past two days
(fresh storytelling approaches from the “Tech Tasting” and
Todd’s creative disciplines) to impact our efforts for a culture of
innovation within AS.
