STEP 3. MAKE AN OUTLINE
The education in many universities in Ecuador is free to everybody, but it’s not possible in
many cities like “Santo Domingo de los Tsachilas” there are some universities that are
private. In the United States, students should pay to study in the University of High Category.
I. Ecuador has free education for students.
A. Students can hardly afford a car let alone the fees and tuition of college.
B. We pay a high price for everything we get or take in this world.
II. The education would be free many colleges and universities would open up.
A. Students can already receive student loans to pay for tuition and maintenance.
B. The system allows students to start paying significant amounts for their loans.
The Education free could provide equality to all people in all the world. Allowing everyone
an equal opportunity to go to college and make something of themselves.
STEP 4: ESAY

Ecuador has free education for students, at least at the highest levels in public
institutions. [Most people of today can hardly afford a car let alone the fees and tuition of
college]. The USA doesn’t have free education for students, at least at the higher levels]. [All
want to have a free Higher Education, but we pay a high price for everything we get or take
in this world; though ambitions are well worth having, not all we want in our life will come
easily].
