Victor Raphaela awarded as employee of the month

ORANJESTAD ― Every
month Dr. Horacio E. Odu-
ber Hospital announces
its employee of the month
and for the month of July
an employee of Facility de-
partment in the person of
Victor Raphaela, kitchen
associate became it. In a
very nice ambience, em-
ployees of this department
together with the manage-
ment team of the hospital
gathered to surprise Victor
Raphaela.

Anthony Irausquin, Facil-
ity Manager of the hospital
described Victor Raphaela
as a very good employee,
always happy. Whenever
Real Madrid wins you can
hear him whistle. He is a very
brave and is a good exam-
ple for all the young people
working in the kitchen. He
likes to help wherever and courses and he even got ployee of the month and
whenever is needed. Victor certified for working with is very happy that they
Raphaela likes guiding the all types of beef. Victor appreciate his day to day
youth and is a role model Raphaela is very happy to work. q

sick or on vacation Victor is
always ready to cooperate
without being asked. The
whole department con-
gratulates him on becom-
ing the employee of the
year.

In 1954 Victor Raphaela
started working in the kitch-
en at the hospital where
he started as dishwasher.
He took cooking classes for
