                Starting in October Aruba Bank’s promoted the
                payment of utility bills and telephone bills at the
                SDM as an effort to generate awareness about
                the Self-Service option in branches.

                Once at the branch customers are made aware
                of the option and assisted to use the services
                as an effort to “Switch from assisted to Self
                service”.

                Since October the usage has increased
                significantly compared to 2017. November and
                December also saw increases compared to the
                same period in 2017.
