How can we implement in 2019






           Gender continues to underline the importance of moving towards personalized
           marketing in 2019(Sitecore XDB).


           Personalization will help with:
           1.    Attracting male customers and;

           2.    Also keep female customers with relevant product offerings (e.g. target Aruban
                 women with mobile and online banking offers that highlight the ability to check
                 statements on smartphones, keep track of spending habits, and maintained
                 sense of financial security.)

           3.    Focus on different segments such as Millennials, higher income customers
                 (e.g. for Platinum), students & youth, etc.


           Further, analytics and insights suggest:
           •     Savings products should focus on planning for the future, and responsible
                 financial planning for families. Goal oriented.

           •     Since the credit card webpage is highly visited, we could leverage on women’s
                 affinity for shopping by focusing on spending rewards and redemption in debit
                 card, credit card campaigns.
