ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR PAIN AND SAY YOU’RE THERE TO HELP YOURSELF




  • What psychologist know is that when we are under chronically fifficult conditions,

        its very helpful to divide the problem into two categories: things i can do


        something about and things i can do nothing about



                                                                                                    •      There would be ample of things

                                                                                                           falling under second category but you


                                                                                                           need to find distraction and indulge


                                                                                                           yourself in whatever gives you peace.


                                                                                                    •     FEEL YOUR FEELINGS.






                                                                                                    If you feel sad, or depressed, go ahead

                                                                                                    and be sad, if you can let yourself be sad,


                                                                                                    you’ll start to feel better faster.

                                                                                                    Processing your feelings is differeng for


                                                                                                    everyone, its art for someone and dance


                                                                                                    for other. Happiness is about finding your

                                                                                                    comfort activity.
