         What do you have on tap?





         ➢ Know what is available


         ➢ Know which beers are domestic, premium or imports

         ➢ Always begin and end with an import:



          “We have Stella, Keiths, Canadian... and Guinness”



         ➢ Know the difference between the types of beer


         ➢ Know how many ounces in a half pint, pint, Devil’s Pint and

              pitcher


         ➢ When a bottle is served always ask if they would like a glass


         ➢ Let Management know if there are off menu beer requests
