WILLIAM P. HUBER AWARD

for Outstanding Community Leadership

The Purpose of the Award
The William P. Huber Award for Outstanding Community Leadership is presented by the Morris
County Chamber of Commerce to salute a member of the community who displayed outstanding
leadership to benefit the community. By recognizing those who exemplify exceptional leadership,
the Chamber is hoping to inspire others to undertake challenges to improve the lives of Morris
County Area residents.

History

The award was inspired by William P. Huber, President of Saint Clare’s Riverside Foundation, who
died in 1990. Bill had been an active member of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce for
decades, served on the board as chairman and was a driving force in the establishment of Morris
Tomorrow. He set the standard for community leadership by which others will be judged.

The Huber Award is sponsored by Saint Clare’s Health, an award winning healthcare network
providing high-quality, compassionate care in a warm and welcoming environment. Our employees
provide their communities with outstanding medical care truly believing in the concept of “neighbors
healing neighbors.”
