Allen, also known by his Initials "JAM," is an entrepreneur, lifestyle coach, and founder of
Performance Lifestyle Inc. John Allen's primary aim is to help people learn how to manage
their energy, and do so like the pros in a balanced and healthy, high "performance
lifestyle." He is one of the foremost thought leaders on the emerging, "High-Performance
Lifestyle," and the co-author of "The Curse of the Capable" The Hidden Challenge to a
Balanced and Healthy, High-Achieving Life, with a Harvard Psychologist and Superbowl
MVP. He is currently working on his next book called Manage Your Energy, like a Pro—
How to Crush it, Without the Crush of Excess Stress and Fatigue.

Jaime Pula, PhD, RDN, Avidon Health | As VP of Clinical Operations at Avidon Health,
Jaime leads the clinical development of Engagement Rx™, an innovative behavior change
solution that uses cognitive behavior training and technology to advance the human
connection and create lasting outcomes. As a leader for health and wellness promotion,
she specializes in clinical nutrition, dining operations, exercise physiology, behavioral
science and research with grant funding and several publications as well as oral and poster
presentations at international conferences. Jaime also serves as Vice Chair of Union
County at the North Jersey Health Collaborative and as a member of the Morris County
Chamber of Commerce’s Team De-Stig.
MID-SIZE BUSINESS
John Kullmann, Macrosoft, Inc. | John is VP of Technology Solutions for Macrosoft. In
that capacity, he works with new and existing clients to clearly understand their
requirements and translate them for the software development teams. His background has
allowed him to be responsible for ensuring ongoing client satisfaction. John collaborates
with all members of the leadership and operation teams, during the creation of new
services. Similarly, he is Macrosoft’s corporate face, ensuring our messaging and content
represent the high-tech, high-quality of Macrosoft. John is a frequent speaker at industry
events. John is the Past Chairman of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce Tech Talk
Forum, Ambassador and Co-Chair of Business Connections.
LARGE BUSINESS
Andy Hilton, GAF | Andy Hilton is Senior Vice President and Chief Communications
Officer for GAF, North America’s largest roofing materials manufacturer, based in
Parsippany, NJ. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of the company’s corporate
communications and social responsibility efforts, including sustainability and community
engagement. He joined GAF in 2018. GAF understands that its success is tied to the
success and well-being of the communities it serves. In a year when communities needed
the support of the business community more than ever, GAF deployed gifts of creativity,
time, money, and product to improve the lives of more than 6,000 families in 2020.
