Rebecca was curator at the Saatchi Collection and Bernard Jacobson Gallery, London where she produced exhibitions including NewYork Art Now, New British Artists,Anselm Kiefer, Richard Serra and Ivor Abrahams.After teaching art at
St Mary’s Calne for 17 years she is now working full-time in her studio near Marlborough, tutoring and running art courses. She recently completed a Masters in Fine Art Drawing looking at the importance of touch in drawing and our sensory perception of landscape.
“My most recent work has been concerned with my personal sensory response to landscape spending time recording the feel of the rugged coastline of West Wales and the sylvan-scapes of the Savernake Forest through drawings, photographs, film and paintings.This work has been created from studies taken in the Savernake Forest and has been displayed in the Artist Studio as part of Marlborough Open Studio 2018.”
