Many outcomes of the current negotiations are possible,
and changes resulting from such may take years to fully
manifest themselves; all that might be hoped for is
productive compromise between the various parties
involved and a full realisation of just what an historic and
valuable agreement Good Friday was, of the immense
benefits of the CTA, along with the pacifying effects of
free trade and soft border between the nations. Hopefully
these can all be continued, rather than looked back on as
being from a Golden Era, wished for again but seemingly
impossible to renew.
